Documenting the production of the film “The Same Heart” in Kenya, led to the building of an interactive mapping tool to help in locating and distributing media. The Road to Huruma is an interactive documentary that uses a timeline and maps to give context to a variety of video and photo stories that examine progress towards the Millenium Development Goals.

The Project

Using an interactive timeline and map, the viewer can explore the progress to meeting the Development Goals and access video and photo modules to use in their own initiatives.
