what are the price points & business model?

While there are many possible ways to sell mapflow – as a template, as a subscription etc –  the primary goal in Phase One is to seell mapflow as a contract to clients in the target list. The contract would include a base installation price with diifereing price points for additional components such as ongoing maintenance, content development enhanced training and extensions.

The original budgeted version of Mapflow that was produced for the European Commission was 60,000€ with costs incurred being 38,000€

Now that it has been turned into a template, it can be installed and implemented for a new client with a price in the area of 40,000€ with actual costs being around 5,000€.

Additionally, each install the generates an annual maintenance plan of around 15,000€

In its current form it can be marketed on a tier basis:
